A documentary-style film beginning at the launch of Lopez's music career from musical theatre to her first hit song If You Had My Love.

Through a mixture of interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, music videos and live performances Lopez’s early stories and breakthrough are revealed to the audiences.

The interview segments were conducted by Lopez's sister Lynda who interviews not only Lopez, Lopez’s mother, manager Benny Medina and Marc Anthony whom Lopez duets with on No Me Ames.
