Spanning four decades of their explosive and innovative rock music, the film includes rare and unseen footage, including film unearthed from the famous Leeds University 1970 show (“Live At Leeds”). The film also tells the story of the band’s humble beginnings and charts their rise to world stardom.

This in-depth narrative offers extensive interviews with each member of the band as well as testimonials from other rock music icons about the influence of The Who on their own music and careers.

The film includes specially-shot interviews with Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend and Kenney Jones and other contributors in Amazing Journey include Sting, Eddie Vedder, Noel Gallagher, The Edge and Steve Jones from the Sex Pistols.
